Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: Shipping will be calculated based on the order submitted.
2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Our carrier partners do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

We comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale and shipment of alcohol. Due to various state laws, we may not be able to ship wine to certain states or regions.
