Welcome to Rosilez Family Winery, where we believe that wine is not just a beverage but an experience. We are a family-owned and operated winery located in the heart of California's Wine Country. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality wines that are rich in flavor and deeply rooted in tradition.
Our passion for winemaking has been passed down through generations, and we honor our ancestors by using their time-honored techniques and blending them with modern technology to produce wines that are both delicious and distinctive.

Joe Paul Rosilez
I first started making wine in 1998 in Lodi, California. My first commercial vintage was in 1999 and produced the best of the best Lodi zin. I made wine in Lodi for 5 years and then made the move to Paso. The new winery was completed in 2006. We made great award-winning wines, but due to family obligations, the winery sold in 2012. With some life changes and a little inspiration, we started producing again in 2021.
Papa Joe
Papa Joe has had a full life. He played semi-pro football for the LA Rhinos ( middle linebacker ). He also has a love for cars. He built custom headers for years and drag-raced in his younger years. He opened his first automotive shop shortly after he and his wife were married and ran that business for over 40 years. He was part of our family livestock business, raising registered sheep for more than 20 years. Once retired, he and my mom ran the tasting room for our first winery, and he started his own food product business (papa joes spicy products). He is still active and looking forward to seeing many of our previous winery customers.
